Video: Trojan Nuclear Power Plant Cooling Tower Implosion

Original video location

From Wikipedia Article:

"Trojan Nuclear Power Plant is a decommissioned pressurized water reactor (PWR) nuclear power plant in Rainier, Oregon, USA, and the only nuclear power plant to be built in Oregon. After only sixteen years service it was closed by its operator, Portland General Electric, almost twenty years before its design lifetime.

The iconic 499 foot tall cooling tower was demolished via dynamite implosion at 7:00 AM on May 21, 2006. This event marked the first implosion of a nuclear cooling tower in the U.S."
