Rum Caipirinha
First place brave enough to attempt to make one. They used rum instead of cachaca though, its a good drink, but sadly not as great as a real caipirinha. The sugar cane garnish is a great touch to make up for the lack of authenticity in regards to the main ingredient. The rest of the U.S. should learn from Vegas.
